The Hotel rules may be subject to change based on the type of room and the date of arrival.

If you need an early check in, you will be charged € 50,00. You can purchase this at same time as you book or upon arrival, subject to availability. If you don’t need the room you can have a free partial check-in (documents* registration, balance of the stay and beach service). The rooms will be assigned starting from 2.00 pm.
* all guests must be provided with an identity document, including minors
Upon departure, any extras and City Tax will be paid
If you need a late check out, you can purchase this upon arrival at the hotel or during your stay, subject to availability, with an additional charge (amount varies according to the seasonality of the rates) If you are arriving one day later or you decide to cancel or amend your reservation, you will be charged the full price of your stay
ROOMS: for safety reasons, only checked-in guests are allowed on private hotel premises such as hotel rooms and the maximum capacity per room may not be surpassed. In case of extra person or visitors, Reception must be informed prior to this and an additional fee will be charged for the extra person/visitors. You are not paying for room, but per person. As a registered guest, you are responsible for your visitors at all times. Should the hotelier become aware of any undeclared people, the cost related to the presence of the latter will be charged to the holder of the booking with a rate increased by 40% on the daily price.
Deluxe Rooms: in case of non-availability of Deluxe Room, we will accommodate you into the Garden Room without extra charge
Garden Room:please, inform us about people with walking difficulties as Garden Rooms located on the first floor do not have a lift
The safety is extremely important to us, preparation of food in guest rooms by any type of cooking appliances is prohibited. Any costs associated with repairs and/or replacement, as well as any special cleaning requirements, will be charged. For any need to heat food you can contact the Reception
The cleaning of the bedrooms / bathroom and the change of towels takes place every day, the change of bed linen every two days. Extra change bed linen or towels, for an additional fee
CHILDREN: children are welcome. Children aged under 3 share a bed with their parents; cot or extra bed upon request, at an extra charge
RESTAURANT: breakfast and meals are served in the very spacious Poseidonia Hall, that overlooks the garden and the swimming pool. Its large glass windows allow a natural air recycling. They can also be served in Athena Hall which has large windows and air conditioning system or in Minerva Hall which has air conditioning system in compliance with the law. The tables are spaced and arranged according to the regulations in force. Drinks with meals are not included. It is forbidden to take away from the breakfast buffet, for any needs, contact the dining room staff.

POOL: pool with whirlpool and solarium is open every day 8.00 a.m. – 7.00 p.m. (please be aware that at certain times throughout the year we may host weddings, events and parties and the pool might be closed from 01:00 pm. please contact us to know the real opening time Children under the age of 14 must be supervised by an adult to use the swimming pool We kindly request do not leave towels or personal belongings as a way to reserve sunbeds within the pool area
BEACH: free private beach, available from May to September about 350 meters, 5 minutes walking from the hotel (Camping Athena). Beach service includes: 1 umbrella, 1 beach chair and 1 sun bed per room (regardless the number of guests in the room) from second row. Front row seat can be reserved at the time of booking with a daily charge. Beach service is not included the day of departure. On request, at an extra charge, it is possible to book beach service for the day of departure.. N.B. the distance between umbrellas is 16sqm (superior then the one requested by law)
EVENTS: the hotel organizes events, weddings and private evenings by the pool with live music (contact the property to find out the dates of the events)
INTERNET: wireless connection is free and available throughout the hotel
AIR CONDITIONING: your room is fully air conditioned and you can control the temperature using the control panel in your room (available on July and August)
ANIMALS: pets (small dogs up to 10kg) are allowed, on request, to stay in the Garden Rooms. It is necessary to specify the request at the time of booking; the breed and weight of the pet must be advised in advance. Pets are permitted for a charge of € 10,00 per night, plus a one time pet cleaning fee of € 50,00 (one-night reservation € 30,00 for entire stay). Pets are not permitted in the restaurant, pool areas and beach. Pet must be kept on a leash when in the hotel or on hotel property The vaccination certificate will be requested at check-in
PARKING AREA: free! DELUXE ROOM: parking in front of the hotel - GARDEN ROOM: parking space for exclusive use which can be accessed directly from the room
CANCELLATIONS: cancellations may vary depending on the type of booking, the season and the offer applied. Please check this information when booking
We accept the following CREDIT CARDS: Visa, Master Card, American Express
We ask our guests to be respectful of your neighbors and to not congregating in public areas where the noise will disturb others and this may lead to eviction from the hotel with no refund. Use of the television or radio is permitted with moderate volume
We abide a strict non-smoking policy for customer safety inside the internal areas of the hotel and in the rooms. Smoking is allowed in the open spaces
The hotel is not responsible for physical damage caused by improper use of equipment and services
It is possible to book a transfer to/from the hotel through the reception, the cost of which is borne by the customer
