To know! Some of the above policies can change according to room typology, arrival date and tariff. Please check all these information at the moment of reservation. Guest Pass Payment is not required.
– CHECK IN is from 02.00. pm
– CHECK OUT is by 10.00 am
– BREAKFAST: from 7.30 am to 10 am
– LUNCH: from 12.30 pm to 02.00 pm
– DINNER: from 7.30 pm to 09.30 pm
– Meals are served inside
– In all internal areas of the hotel smoking is forbidden.
– Access to rooms is allowed only after registration at the reception.
– The following CREDIT CARDS are accepted: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Diners Club.
– FREE ENTERTAINMENT SERVICE : entertainment service is provided only in July and August on the beach or on the bar-restaurant near the beach.
– FREE BEACH SERVICE: Minerva Hotel provides each room with 1 beach umbrella, 1 sun bed and 1 deckchair. Our private beach is 350 mt far from the Hotel.
– SWIMMING POOL: access to swimming pool is free. It is open every day from 08.00 a.m. to 07.00 p.m. In some cases the swimming pool area might be unavailable from 01.00 p.m. because of private events in the hotel or technical necessities. Children under 14 may use the pool together with their parents or under the supervision of an adult.
– PARKING: the hotel has two types of parking: a wide unattended parking area situated in front of the hotel (for the guests of Deluxe Rooms) and a private garage situated under the room (for the guests of Family Rooms).
– It is possible to book a transfers at/ from the hotel or a taxi at the reception, that will be charged to the client.
– PETS: pets are allowed in Family Room, on request at the moment of reservation with a daily fee of € 10,00 and a fee of € 50,00 for last cleaning. Pets are not allowed in indoor areas and the pool. At check in a valid vaccination schedule will be requested.
– WIFI: internet connection is free and available in the whole building
– CHILDREN: children are welcome. Children under 3 years old are free of charge in the parents bed or in their own cradle, meals are not included.
– In all rooms it is forbidden the use of stoves, candles and irons.
– The hotel is not responsible for physical injuries caused by any inadequate use of services and facilities.
– EVENTS: The hotel organizes private events with live music inside the hotel or at poolside.
– CANCELLATIONS: cancellation policy may change according to the typology of booking, season and offer. Please check these information at the moment of reservation.
– AIR CONDITIONING is provided in the room and in common areas in July and August
