The access in rooms is allowed prior your registration at the reception.

Parking: the hotel has a private unattended car park and garage. Is possible to book a transfers at/ from the hotel or a taxi at the reception, to be charged to the client.

Pets: Pets are allowed in Suite, on request at booking with a daily fee of € 10.00, not allowed in indoor areas and in the pool, with a valid vaccination schedule.

Minors, under 18 years old, can stay in hotel only accompanied by an adult.

The management sets the compulsory open and closing time of the pool. Minors, under 14 years old can use the pool only attended by a parent or an adult which will take the full responsibility.

Internet: the hotel has an INTERNET point  free of charge in hall, the wireless is available in all structure at a charge of € 3 per hour, the Internet connection by cable is available in all rooms at a phone call cost.

Cancellations: the cancellations can change according to the typology of booking, of season ad of offer. Please check all this information during your booking. 

Children: Children are welcome.  Children under 3 years old are Free of charge in the parents bed or with their own cradle, meals included. The maximum number of extra beds/ cradles in rooms varies from 1 to 3.  

In all rooms is forbidden the use of stoves, candles and irons.

The hotel is not responsible for physical injuries caused by an inadequate use of services and facilities
